Shipping

 

Your order will be processed within 3 working days after receiving your payment.  If there is any longer delay due to stock or shipping problems you will be contacted as soon as we can.

 

Hong Kong and Macau:

For Hong Kong and Macau SAR, we ship via SF Express and the shipping cost for each order is HKD30. The delivery time is about 1~3 business days.

You can enjoy our free shipping on orders over HKD350 (for Hong Kong and Macau SAR only).

 

United States:

For US, we ship via eExpress (by HK Post) and the shipping cost for each order is HKD70 (~USD9).  The delivery time is about 7-14 days with partial tracking.

 

United Kingdom:

For UK, we ship via eExpress (by HK Post) and the shipping cost for each order is HKD85 (~GBP8.5).  The delivery time is about 7-14 days with partial tracking.

 

Canada:

For Canada, we ship via Registered Mail and the shipping cost for each order is HKD60 (~CAD10).  The delivery time is about 40-70 days with partial tracking.

 

International shipping is unstable due to the corona-virus situation, for the rest of the countries, please feel free to contact us for a quote.  We will seek the most economical shipping method for you.

 

We will try to reduce plastic packaging materials if your product allows.  Otherwise, minimal bubble wrap (that's what we received from our wholesalers) will be used for any fragile item.
